Yes. All our cleaners arrive fully equipped with high-quality products and supplies. If you have a preference for specific brands or want us to use your own, just let us know when booking.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access instructions and return to a beautifully cleaned space. You are welcome to be home if you prefer, especially for your first clean.

For regular cleans, we do our best to provide consistency. If you’re happy with a particular cleaner and their availability aligns, we’ll prioritise assigning them to your future bookings.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

We take pride in doing things properly. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right wherever possible.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time. For one-off cleans, a few days’ notice is ideal. For regular slots, we can usually accommodate you within a week.
